Team + Workplace

Your team is part of how people experience your business.

Team headshots and workplace photography for Michigan businesses: the people, the work, the space and the small details that show what it's like to deal with your company. Not just a lineup of employees looking at the camera.

A barista in a ball cap works the espresso machine behind a coffee shop counter, with chalkboard walls, cups and a jug of milk around her.
A hand gently rolls a patterned egg through a tray of white sand on a gray-blue table.

Look closer

Your workplace is full of photographs. You've just stopped thinking they're worth taking.

A consultation. Your equipment. Getting an order ready. A meeting. The way you guide a client through a decision. Customers might understand your business better just from seeing that.

One session, a few jobs

One session can do more than one job.

Team headshots, a leadership portrait, people at work, a client interaction, a group photo, the space and a few details can all happen in the same visit when they belong together.

Four nursing students in matching sweatshirts and jeans sit side by side on the steps of a brick building with white columns.
A smiling woman in a ball cap and glasses sits at a wooden counter holding a blender, in a coffee shop with a yellow wall and a chalkboard behind her.
Close view of two people leaning over a gray table as one points to a printed communication board, with colorful boxes and bookshelves behind.
A shop owner in a black cardigan rings up a customer in a green sweater at a counter in a toy and book store.
Three white outdoor lighting fixtures with green cables laid out on cracked asphalt.
A man in a plaid shirt leans over the open hood of a red tractor on a sunlit lawn in front of a red barn with a ladder.
The business between the headshots.

Timing

Real work doesn't always happen on command.

We'll plan the photos we know we need, then leave enough room for the things that only happen once people get back to work. Sometimes one session covers it; sometimes a real event or a future process makes more sense.

Photograph things when there's something worth photographing.

A worker in a blue helmet and safety harness stands beside an orange ladder while two colleagues talk by an open shop door, with school buses in the lot behind.

Investment

Team + Workplace starts at $250.

Your business needs more than a folder of matching headshots. A useful team library can introduce the people behind the business, show what working together actually looks like and give you current imagery to use as your team grows.

Use those photographs across your website, recruiting, social media, internal materials, press and other places people need to see who they're working with.

Every team is different, so I'll recommend the scope based on the number of people, the environment and what your business actually needs the photographs to do.

Adding someone later? New-hire headshots can be photographed to match the existing set.

Client perspective

In their own words.

I loved that Ariel was able to capture natural looking expressions! Ariel makes it so easy to laugh! I was a little worried about how my kitchen would look, but she helped me move things around and set the shot up so I didn't have to worry so much!
